I started WanderlustHR after years of being the go-to problem solver inside growing companies, helping leaders navigate everything from hiring headaches to team meltdowns.

 

I’ve always been drawn to people—their challenges, their potential, and how work impacts their lives. Over time, I realized I wanted to do more than just solve problems for businesses; I wanted to help both organizations and the people within them grow. 

 

I’m a Certified Master Life Coach, working with professionals and teams to navigate career transitions, growth challenges, and leadership development.

My approach blends practical experience, strategic thinking, and a coach’s mindset—because growing a business is just as much about people as it is about process.

 

Outside of work, I’m endlessly curious, love to travel, always learning, and believe that business should support life—not the other way around.
